The course price list includes the practical test fees that are required for the chosen course. We automatically book and arrange a practical test for you. However, theory and extended practical tests are not included in course price list.

Yes, we offer free access to the premium version of the official Theory Test Pro website. You can either study online, at home or on the go, using the smartphone app or the website. Simply check ‘YES’ when asked on the registration form, “Do you want access to Theory Test Pro Website?”.
Practical driving lessons will resume as normal, your instructor will continue to equip you with the required driving skills and get you to the best possible driving standard within the arranged hours.
We are able to book a re-examination of the theory test and you should be able to resit the exam within a week (depending on your availability). The cost of this booking service is £35.00, and it will include the search for a theory test resit.
Alternatively, you may book a theory retest yourself and search for earlier test dates on the official DVSA booking website if you choose to do so.
We will then be able to book the practical test as soon as you have passed your theory test and are able to provide the theory test certificate number.
All courses include an early test finder service, where we make every effort to try to secure a practical test to correspond with your intensive course and at the closest test centre or your preferred choice.
However, you should note that practical test availability is subject to the tests made accessible by the DVSA. On occasions where an appropriate test is not available, we will inform you and your instructor as soon as possible. In such a case, we would recommend that you save at least few hours for the following week/s to enable you are able to sit the test once the date is set.
In the case you fail your driving test, you will need to wait 10 working days before you are able find a driving test cancellation that you can book on the DVSA database. The DVSA have set this ‘Cooling Off Period’ for learners to reflect and retrain for their next upcoming driving test.
We can book you a quick practical test resit and you should be able sit after the ‘Cooling Off Period’ , (please note this is subject to test availability in your preferred/ chosen test centre). The cost of this booking service is £162.00 including the early test finder service.

Our booking process is simple, it can be completed after you have selected the appropriate course, by either paying an initial deposit or settling the balance in full.
A deposit is not the full balance payable; it is the initial payment that enables us to carry out the required administrative work (e.g. booking tests, locating and matching you to an instructor).
There is 24 hour booking service available via our online secured booking service, payments can be made using your Debit / Credit Cards or PayPal. Alternatively, you may call or email us and request an invoice in which you may pay the deposit or make full payments to, via PayPal or a standard bank transfer
Once a course has begun or a start date has been agreed upon by the instructor and learner, courses should be completed within 4 weeks. Unless an alternative agreement is reached, the total remaining hours, test fees and all costs related to the course will be forfeited if the course is not completed.
A course can be booked at any point in the future; however, you will only be matched with an instructor 4 weeks prior to the provisional start date.
No, you cannot downgrade your course or reduce the course hours under any circumstances. Once the course has been purchased, this is final, as you have agreed on the terms and conditions and therefore must commit to the hours of the course.
Course recommendations are based on average learning abilities and are advisory only. Therefore, we cannot, and we do not offer guarantees and you may need additional training or lessons to ensure you are safe and test ready. You should discuss, negotiate and arrange any required additional hours with your instructor.
We advise all driving instructions to evaluate the learner’s abilities and are completely transparent with the learner on their preparedness for the upcoming test. Therefore, they should advise learners’ in accordance to their individual abilities.
Should you choose to use your own car for the test, you will not be accompanied by the driving instructor and you will lose the reserved hours for the test day.
Yes, all instructors we work with are self-employed Approved Driving Instructors, who have undergone enhanced DBS checks, are fully vetted and registered under the government agency DVSA.
All instructors we work with are self-employed and fully independent, they have their own established policies regarding cancellation or rearrangement of the lessons. Therefore, it is your full responsibility to enquire your instructors’ policies and to comply to it.
Our office is based in West London however, we have many instructors nationwide, across England and Wales. All lessons offered include door to door services from either your home or pre-agreed meeting point.
We pledge to match you with an instructor within 10 working days of your provisional start date.
If an instructor makes contact with you and an agreement is reached to the start course after the standard 10 working days, the deposit would become non-refundable as the course is successfully booked.
However, if we are not successful in appointing you instructor within 10 working days of your provisional start date, we will try to allocate an instructor to you the following week. Alternatively, you may request a full deposit refund if you wish to do so.
Yes, having a disability doesn’t stop you from learning to drive. There is plenty of help available to make your learning journey as smooth as possible.

You may be able to drive from the age of 16
If you receive higher rate mobility component of DLA (Disability Living Allowance) or the enhanced rate mobility component of PIP, you can apply for a provisional licence three months before your 16th birthday.
Applying for a provisional
When applying for a provisional license, you will be asked to disclose medical conditions that could affect your fitness to drive.
Specialised driving instructors
There are driving instructors that specialise in teaching people with disabilities how to drive. You can find out more about the training that they receive, the not-for-profit that funds them, and a list of registered instructors here.
You can learn in your Motability car
You can swap your Motability allowance for a car that’s tailored to your needs. But did you know that you can also learn to drive in it if you have a provisional license? You don’t even need a separate insurance policy – it is included with your car. Find out more on the Motability website.
Taking your theory test
Candidates with impaired hearing can take the test as a video using sign language. If you have light-sensitive epilepsy, you can take an adapted test.
You can get a grant for driving lessons
You may be eligible for a grant to help fund up to 40 driving lessons, which is only a little bit less than the 44 lessons that the DSA states most people need to pass their test. The charity Motability takes applications for driving lesson grants. You can find out more on the Motability website.
